The Internet is increasingly flooded with space garbage. I wanted it to have less space garbage, so I started writing here.

While generative tools are used (professional editors cost money the author(s) does not see the need to spend on for a hobby), the writing itself is authentically, 100% ethically sourced and farm raised homo sapiens.

Writing clarifies what we know we know, what we think we know, what we know we don't know, and — crucially — sometimes reveals what we don't know we don't know. It's a hell of a process. I also just like doing it. Some people make videos. I'd rather write it down.

You'll find writing about friendship, agency, the importance of civility and (mostly) harmless thoughts on civilization; but you will also find charming subjects like The "Zen Players Guide to Marathon", or the authors experience with painting tiny plastic soldiers.

what you won't find is credentialed expertise; just a guy who likes to write from time to time, to offer an alternative to the lazy slop.

Think of this blog as sharing the legacy of coffee table books or the stack of magazines grandpa kept. A collection of curiosities and tidbits. A museum of ideas and perspectives. You'll flip past some pages faster than others, but when it hits; it hits.
